EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)
FTH SRL informs you that, in receiving and managing applications for potential employment opportunities, it acts as the controller of the personal data provided by the data subject, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
In accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we provide the following information regarding data collected directly from the data subject.

The Data Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Purposes of processing
Personal data provided through the form in the “Job Openings” section of the website, as well as through any curriculum vitae and additional documents submitted by the applicant, will be processed exclusively for purposes related to recruiting, selecting and assessing personnel, specifically to:
- receive and manage the application;
- assess the applicant’s professional profile against open positions or potential future professional opportunities;
- contact the applicant for interviews, further information or subsequent stages of the selection process;
- carry out preliminary activities before potentially establishing an employment or collaboration relationship.
Processing is necessary to respond to the data subject’s request and to take pre-contractual steps at their request.
Categories of personal data processed
FTH SRL may process personal data provided directly by the applicant through the form, curriculum vitae or other submitted documentation, including, for example:
- personal identification and contact details;
- information about education and studies;
- information about professional experience;
- professional skills and qualifications;
- any other information voluntarily included in the curriculum vitae or communicated during the selection process.
Applicants are asked not to provide information that is irrelevant to personnel selection and, in particular, special categories of personal data, unless necessary for the application or required by applicable law.
Recipients of personal data
Without prejudice to disclosures made to comply with legal obligations, the data collected and processed may be disclosed, exclusively for the purposes stated above, to the following categories of recipients:
- FTH SRL employees and collaborators authorised to process the data and involved in recruiting, selecting and managing personnel;
- consultants or professionals assisting FTH SRL with activities related to personnel selection or management;
- parties providing FTH SRL with IT, hosting, maintenance or system management services for collecting and managing applications, where appointed as processors under applicable law.
The data will not be publicly disseminated.
Transfers of personal data to third countries
Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area unless such a transfer is necessary to use service providers engaged by FTH SRL. In that event, the transfer will comply with the conditions laid down in EU Regulation 2016/679 and will be based on the applicable safeguards.
Retention period
Personal data collected as part of an application will be retained for the period necessary to manage and complete the selection process and, subsequently, for a maximum of 6 months, so that the applicant’s profile may also be assessed for potential future professional opportunities, unless longer retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the Data Controller’s rights.
After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymised.
Rights of the data subject
Data subjects have the following rights in relation to their data:
- to request access to their personal data from the Data Controller;
- to request rectification or, where provided for, erasure of the data;
- to request restriction of processing;
- to exercise the right to data portability, where applicable;
- to object to processing in the cases provided for by law;
- to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Provision of personal data
Providing the data requested in the form and the information necessary to assess the application is required for FTH SRL to consider and manage the application.
Refusal to provide such data may therefore prevent FTH SRL from assessing the applicant’s profile and proceeding with the application.
Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making processes apply to the data provided by the data subject.
The Data Controller does not intend to process the data provided for purposes incompatible with or different from those for which they were collected.
